Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the psychological, social, and environmental factors affecting patients’ mental health.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies to support patients through their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to provide coordinated care tailored to each patient’s circumstances.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health resources, coping strategies, and treatment options to empower them through their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families dealing with the emotional complexities of terminal illness, grief, and loss. Our patient population includes adults nearing end-of-life, their caregivers, and families seeking to navigate difficult decisions. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping these clients achieve emotional stability and resilience during profound transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid LICSW license in Massachusetts.

• At least three years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
