This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while serving clients through virtual platforms. Our outpatient office serves as the administrative hub, where therapists have access to resources, support, and peer collaboration. You will receive ongoing training and support to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach as needed.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, including coordinating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Provide ongoing support and resource referrals to clients based on their needs and goals.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Prestige Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.

• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing strategic treatment plans for a varied client base.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with couples therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
