Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being through virtual consultations, utilizing standardized tools and diagnostic interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring that interventions are practical and tailored to promote positive outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality therapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their feedback and observed outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise to de-escalate situations and offer support in real time.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in adherence to ethical and legal standards, documenting progress and treatment changes in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Remain informed on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment, participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our outpatient center serves individuals of all ages, and your expertise will be crucial in providing tailored support to enhance each client's overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an ability to develop and execute effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful client interactions.

• A strong commitment to fostering empathetic and compassionate relationships with clients.

• The capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling or therapy.

• Experience using teletherapy platforms and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
