Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy tailored to individuals and families, ensuring the effective application of diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver all clinical services, maintaining consistent communication with clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed psychologists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges of clients.

• Provide a range of clinical services, such as crisis intervention, brief therapy, supportive therapy, family therapy, and couples counseling, while demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based practices.

• Document all therapy sessions thoroughly, maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular case reviews and quality assurance discussions to uphold the highest standards of care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Assist clients in accessing community resources and ongoing support as part of an integrated care approach.

• Participate in clinical team meetings to share insights, develop strategies, and ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing psychotherapy services is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, reflecting the experience and expertise of the candidate.
