Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including case management, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention, skills training, and family therapy, addressing diverse challenges such as stress management, addiction counseling, and socio-cultural issues.

• Complete thorough documentation of therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning, collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.

• Engage in continual professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex dual disorders. Our clients seek not only therapy but also support in navigating their personal and familial dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services, ideally in a telehealth setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
