This position is remote and operates within a telehealth framework, enabling flexibility while providing essential support to families in need. Our employees enjoy a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Although our primary setting is virtual, we maintain a strong team collaboration culture, ensuring that our counselors receive necessary support and resources.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of families to identify mental health needs and facilitate the best linkages to community-based services tailored for children's and family welfare.

• Operate effectively within crisis environments, employing a solid understanding of substance abuse, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and other mental health conditions.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, educating colleagues about clients’ psychosocial challenges to enhance overall treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that document patient medical and psychological histories, assessment findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is supporting individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges. This includes addressing concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other behavioral health issues. You will be tasked with creating a welcoming and supportive environment that reinforces clients’ trust and facilitates open dialogue about their experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist within the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing counseling services to diverse populations is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
