Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans that address their unique mental health challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in relevant workshops and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest in mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within your team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be centered on assisting individuals and families from various backgrounds, many of whom face significant barriers to accessing mental health treatment. You will provide support for a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, and work towards fostering resilience and coping strategies among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is essential.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, ideally in a family support or community health setting.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse clientele and work effectively within a healthcare team.

• Proficiency in using EMR software and related technologies for documentation and therapy management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range from USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by your experience and caseload. In addition, our organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including access to dental, vision, and health insurance, along with malpractice insurance. You will receive continuous support for billing and documentation to help ease your workload, allowing you to focus on client care.
