This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to work from home while utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology. Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with flexibility based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.

• Collaborate regularly with a dedicated treatment team to discuss patient cases and enhance the quality of mental health services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Centurion, you will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related disorders. The position requires a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds to effectively connect with and support clients in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must possess a Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques personalized to the unique needs of each client.
