Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health including their emotional well-being and social circumstances.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to identified needs, goals, and preferences of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.

• Engage clients in meaningful dialogue during therapy sessions that foster open communication and facilitate problem-solving strategies.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect client growth and address evolving challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting treatment objectives, progress made, and updates to care plans following legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Prepare to intervene in crisis situations, offering support and immediate resources for clients in acute distress.

• Stay informed of current therapy practices, participating in continuous educational opportunities for professional development.

• Promote client self-advocacy, empowering them to take an active role in their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children facing developmental challenges to adults dealing with complex life issues. You will have the opportunity to conduct therapy sessions that address relationship dynamics in couples and family therapy, aiming to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen familial bonds. Your work will directly impact clients’ lives, providing them with tools and techniques to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Valid and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services, particularly individual or couples therapy.

• Familiarity with a range of mental health issues affecting both children and adults.
\n
• Strong writing skills for timely completion of client assessments, treatment notes, and other documentation.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize electronic health records and teletherapy platforms effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
