Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, analyzing their mental health status to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet diverse client needs.

• Engage in group and family therapy sessions, facilitating open discussions and providing strategies to improve family dynamics and enhance interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, sharing insights and recommendations to support comprehensive health initiatives.

• Document clinical sessions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing a broad range of mental health challenges, many of whom may have limited access to traditional therapeutic resources. You will work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach and expertise will help empower them to cultivate healthier coping mechanisms and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical counseling services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
