Work Environment

This role is set in a dynamic onsite work environment within our medical centers in Babylon. The Nurse Practitioner will partake in clinical assessments, community health initiatives, and direct patient care through house calls. The typical work schedule runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional evening clinics and weekend community outreach events, averaging approximately 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients of all ages, evaluating their health status and identifying risk factors.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions, providing preventive care and health promotion services tailored to individuals' needs.
• Collaborate closely with community organizations and healthcare stakeholders to develop and implement health education programs that enhance public health awareness.
• Deliver culturally competent care, ensuring that all patients receive the support and advocacy they need to access healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up plans, facilitating seamless transitions in care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Engage in community outreach and health fairs, raising awareness of health issues and offering essential health screenings to underserved populations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The selected Nurse Practitioner will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 220,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
