Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative care by effectively communicating and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient support.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including evaluating risk levels for suicide and substance use, while adhering to clinical documentation standards.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions that cater to the unique challenges faced by clients, including those in crisis situations.

• Create detailed clinical reports, and actively participate in case consultations to address complex cases with nuanced challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid independent state-issued license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice professionally in Oregon.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field, such as Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a caseload and communicate professionally with various stakeholders.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms to manage patient care efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Connect Deeper Counseling Center, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
