Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients, adhering strictly to established protocols and best practices in pain management.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients experiencing pain, formulate treatment recommendations, and develop tailored care plans that align with their specific needs.
• Update and maintain accurate patient charts and documentation to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Proactively address patient concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and quality of care throughout their treatment journey.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide a coordinated approach to pain management services, enhancing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
• Possess an active state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong clinical acumen with proven proficiency in performing physical examinations and diagnosing various health conditions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective patient interaction and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong preference for experience in pain management or related fields.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to effectively document patient data and treatment plans.
• Experience with interventional pain management techniques is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
