Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to assess progress, ensure stability, and develop treatment plans.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals.

• Leading individual therapy sessions and participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will primarily work with youth and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
