Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, using standardized tools and personal interviews to create detailed treatment plans that cater to individual requirements.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate multidisciplinarily with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring coordinated care that addresses both mental and physical health aspects.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and therapeutic techniques to stabilize situations.

Qualifications\n
