Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care setting, identifying their needs and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a blend of therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and advanced rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting all treatments and outcomes meticulously to inform ongoing care strategies.
• Conduct regular reassessments to adapt and refine therapeutic goals, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Guide and train patients, caregivers, and family members on the effective use of assistive devices and the implementation of therapy techniques.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field by participating in educational workshops, professional societies, and ongoing training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a broad spectrum of patients, from children recovering from sports injuries to adults and seniors seeking rehabilitation after surgery or managing chronic health conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid State License to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and electronic medical records management.
• A flexible approach and ability to adapt treatment plans as patient needs evolve.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a licensed Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
