Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their mental health history and current concerns.
\n
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that facilitate healing and personal growth.
\n
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to client needs.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring clients remain engaged and motivated.
\n
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions or face accessibility challenges.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse adult populations facing an array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Your compassionate approach will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their struggles and improve their overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.
\n
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish therapeutic alliances with clients.
\n
• An empathetic, compassionate demeanor with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a therapeutic role within an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services is a plus.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Our benefits package includes:
