Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the referring physician's goals.
• Implement treatment programs using evidence-based methodologies, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, modalities, and patient education, in accordance with professional standards.
• Foster a positive environment by providing excellent customer service, actively engaging with patients, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care approaches, maximizing therapy outcomes and enhancing patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on exercises, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies essential for ongoing rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to track patient improvements and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Meet departmental performance metrics, including minimum utilization goals and business objectives, to ensure the efficiency of operations.

Our Physical Therapists serve a diverse population, treating patients from various backgrounds and conditions. Qualifications

• Earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possess an active and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Competent in word processing and computer systems necessary for patient management and documentation.
• A demonstrated ability to establish rapport with patients, encouraging them to exceed their rehabilitation goals.
• A desire to engage positively with diverse patient populations and build meaningful community relationships.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience working with varied patient demographics, including different age groups and physical abilities.
• Familiarity with outcome-based treatment methods and contemporary rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
