Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, considering their unique medical history, conditions, and treatment goals.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the guidance of referring physicians while incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic care during patient sessions, employing techniques tailored to enhance mobility, strength, and overall functional capability.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring clear communication with the healthcare team and patients' families.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, actively engaging patients in their recovery process and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings, discussing patient outcomes and strategies to maximize effectiveness in treatment delivery.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers by offering training and resources to support home care routines and recovery strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse patient population at Convivial Physical Therapy includes individuals experiencing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each patient, fostering their recovery journey and helping them achieve functional independence. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) from the Florida Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety during physical therapy practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in word processing and electronic documentation systems, essential for maintaining accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
