Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility to manage your schedule while still being an integral part of our multidisciplinary team. We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the diverse needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments, taking into account unique life experiences and factors influencing patients’ mental health.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health issues while fostering resilience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated care that meets the holistic needs of our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention during emergencies, utilizing strong crisis management skills to stabilize and support patients in critical moments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
