Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your location while still being fully integrated with our supportive team. You will engage in virtual sessions with clients, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure a seamless therapeutic experience. Scheduling is designed to fit within a standard workweek, offering Monday to Friday availability from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring treatment plans to meet their specific needs.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in reducing anxiety and improving emotional regulation.

• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and strategies for building resilience.

• Incorporate mindfulness seamlessly into individual therapy sessions to address and manage specific mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our network to provide holistic care which may include referrals and coordination of services.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.

• Engage in ongoing personal mindfulness practice, continuous education, and professional development to enhance therapeutic efficacy and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• Competence in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions is essential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Extensive training or demonstrated experience in mindfulness-based methodologies such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not required.

• Proven success in providing telehealth services, including experience with virtual counseling platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
