Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, coordinating with clinical teams for effective implementation of treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with various programs to create and execute positive behavior support plans, supporting clients in achieving their personal goals.

• Engage actively in licensure and accreditation processes to maintain the organization’s standards of quality care.

• Serve as the primary liaison among relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, fostering strong connections that support client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve span various demographics, each with unique mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice within the state of Washington, and we will cover the costs for obtaining this license if you currently hold it in another state.
