This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring you have the support and resources needed to succeed in your role. Although our sessions are conducted virtually, you will have access to an outpatient office facility where you can meet clients in person if desired. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using a variety of approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to achieve measurable improvement in client outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring safety and stability during challenging times.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records for each client, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment alternatives, and community resources, acting as a passionate advocate for their rights and needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry standards.

Your clients will include a wide range of individuals from various backgrounds, each seeking guidance and support for issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with demonstrated ability to conduct detailed psychological evaluations.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
