Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Our goal is to equip clients with the necessary skills to enhance their day-to-day functioning and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess a current and valid license to practice independently, specifically:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

\n
• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a sympathetic and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Proficient computer literacy and comfort with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required. Candidates with prior background in solution-focused or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) will find their skills highly applicable, as these modalities resonate with our treatment philosophy. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and flexibility in hours worked. Alongside this competitive salary, therapists are eligible for:
