Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans to guide their therapy journey.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches suited to each client’s unique situation.

• Engage clients collaboratively to set achievable therapeutic goals and frequently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Provide accessible teletherapy options, ensuring that clients who prefer virtual sessions or face transportation challenges receive the support they need.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, adhering to all ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills, remain current with mental health trends, and integrate new techniques into practice.

Qualifications\n
