The position is remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while focusing on patient care from the comfort of your home. Our practice operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that recognize and respect cultural variances, aiding in the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on promoting positive mental health outcomes and resilience among clients.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding to mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, exploring available treatment avenues and community resources.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical compliance.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and cultural competence training to enhance personal and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
