Work Environment

The position is entirely onsite, involving travel to patients' homes in the Port Charlotte area. Our therapists enjoy the flexibility of crafting their own schedule, with work hours available from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist with Pro Motion Rehab Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or ongoing health conditions in their own home environments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and modalities, leading individualized sessions that adapt to patient responses and progress.
• Document treatment methods, patient responses, and progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Regularly reassess and adjust treatment strategies to reflect recovery progress and evolving patient needs.
• Advise on the use of assistive devices, ensuring appropriate fittings and training for patients and caregivers.
• Educate patients, their families, and other health professionals about best practices in physical therapy, establishing a collaborative care approach.
• Stay current in the field by participating in professional development opportunities, continuing education workshops, and networking with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The diverse clientele at Pro Motion Rehab Center ranges from pediatric to geriatric patients, all requiring specialized orthopedics care. Your role will encompass a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, arthritis, and other mobility impairments. Qualifications

To thrive in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
