Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with hospice patients and their families, addressing a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. This includes supporting clients through grief, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues as they navigate the end-of-life process. Many clients will be dealing with complex emotions regarding loss and transition, and your expertise will be essential in helping them find strength and peace during this time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
