Location: Lima, Ohio

Start Date: Immediate or TBD

Duration: Ongoing

Shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm (flexible end time); 8- or 10-hour shifts preferred, with potential for 12-hour shifts

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Licenses/Certs: Ohio license, Board Certified, ACLS, BLS, PALS

Experience: New graduates and experienced CRNAs welcomed

What You'll Do

Provide anesthesia services for a diverse case mix, including general, MAC, TIVA, nerve blocks, and pre-ops

Cover surgical cases in a Level II Trauma Center with 12 operating rooms, including OR, endoscopy, open-heart, and OB suites

Collaborate with a supportive anesthesiology team and enjoy a high degree of autonomy

Manage approximately 2-3 cases per shift, with an average of 20-30 cases daily

Participate in pain management cases and contribute to patient safety and comfort

Work with up-to-date technology and electronic health records (Meditech and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR)

Support a team environment focused on quality care and professional growth

What You Need

Required:

Ohio RN license, Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia

Preferred:

Prior CRNA experience or recent graduates ready to start in an acute setting
