Executive Assistant / Office Manager (NYC)

We're Hiring: Executive Assistant / Office Manager (NYC) What You'll Do Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for our CTO Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones Handle office management responsibilities and vendor coordination Assist with travel arrangements and logistics Support team events, office operations, and administrative projects Help with special projects and miscellaneous tasks that keep the office running efficiently What We're Looking For Exceptional organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently Prior Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations experience is a plus Location: Near Bryant Park, New York City (in-office preferred) If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy being the person who keeps everything on track, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alumni Ventures
