Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths, challenges, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to provide quality care.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care, maintaining open communication to discuss patient progress.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, fostering a collaborative healthcare approach.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring treatment to meet the diverse needs of patients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team, emphasizing patient goals and preferences.

• Support patients in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
