Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care and share insights regarding treatment progress and client feedback.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
