Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to shape personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy for individuals, groups, and families, employing diverse therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, ensuring a comprehensive treatment experience for clients.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support to clients in acute distress, utilizing immediate resources and therapeutic interventions to stabilize their condition.

• Actively participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives, promoting mental health literacy and working to reduce stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals from various socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds seeking assistance with a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
