Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to guide individuals, couples, and families toward healthier mental states.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focusing on coping strategies for common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure a unified approach to patient care, sharing insights, and coordinating treatment for optimal outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services promptly when mental health emergencies arise, ensuring patient safety and appropriate follow-up.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care, including connecting them with community resources.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer proficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
