Key Responsibilities

• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding behavioral health issues, treatment processes, and care management.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including comprehensive medical, surgical, and psychosocial histories and examinations, maintaining accurate documentation of pertinent findings.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to develop, implement, and evaluate care standards that enhance patient care effectiveness and improve clinical practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies, using clinical evidence to inform decision-making and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain ongoing communication with healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers to ensure coordinated and seamless treatment across various settings.
• Participate actively in patient care conferences, contributing insights and evaluations to improve treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD $150,000 to $160,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
