Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, challenges, and goals using evidence-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.

• Collaborate with clients to set, monitor, and adapt therapeutic goals, ensuring they are aligned with the clients' unique needs and aspirations.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with New York state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring high standards of professionalism.

• Engage in continuous learning—staying current with the latest therapies and methodologies through ongoing professional development activities and team meetings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of New York, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Proven experience providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, demonstrating an ability to connect with and support individuals from various demographic backgrounds.

• Solid understanding of clinical frameworks and methodologies, with a focus on evidence-based practices that yield tangible client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate strong relationships with clients as well as collaboration with colleagues.

• A proactive attitude towards teamwork and individual responsibilities, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery, alongside traditional face-to-face methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
