Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create tailored, evidence-based therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses clients’ multifaceted needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals and families with limited access to mental health care, providing support for a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your role as a counselor is crucial in offering a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies, all while contributing to the community’s overall mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload flexibility. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
