Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through in-depth interviews, observations, and meticulous reviews of patient medical records to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting recovery.

• Collaborate closely with the rehabilitation team to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique psychosocial needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
