Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively address mood disorders and related mental health challenges.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including other mental health professionals and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously in adherence to practice standards and best practices.

• Engage actively in team meetings, sharing insights and participating in training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to educate and promote mental health awareness in Quincy and surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
