This position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Manassas, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, your essential duties will include:

• Evaluating patients referred by physicians to create personalized treatment plans that cater to each individual's needs.
• Implementing comprehensive therapy programs for various specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service while enhancing patient care effectiveness.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Providing both in-clinic and home-based therapy that aligns with established physician plans of care.
• Conducting educational sessions for patients and their caregivers to empower them in their healing and rehabilitation process.
• Meeting established utilization goals and contributing to the overall business objectives of the facility.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid state license for practicing Physical Therapy in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in word processing and other computer systems.
• A genuine desire to build strong relationships with patients, enhancing their path to recovery.
• A positive attitude and the ability to connect with a varied clientele to ensure their functional goals are met.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, applicants who have additional specialization in specific settings (e.g., pediatric or sports rehabilitation) or advanced certifications are highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits
