Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to identify the specific needs and goals of patients seeking treatment for substance use disorders, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions employing motivational interviewing techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and other modalities suited to each patient's needs.

• Interface with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and a range of healthcare professionals to ensure all aspects of patient care are well-coordinated and comprehensive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Experience delivering therapeutic services in both individual and group settings, particularly within the context of addiction treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this rewarding position is USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
