This position is designed to be 100% remote , allowing you to create a balanced work-life schedule that suits your needs. As a Telehealth Counselor, you will engage with clients via secure video chat sessions, leveraging modern technology to deliver effective therapy sessions. Our collaborative virtual environment fosters communication among team members and encourages a shared commitment to client well-being. You will operate within a structured yet flexible framework, with no on-call duties, and have the autonomy to design your weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, ideally between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized video therapy sessions, utilizing video conferencing tools to connect with clients effectively.

• Facilitate discussions focusing on clients' emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences, fostering insight and self-awareness.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs, employing a solution-focused approach.
\n
• Support clients in defining their personal and therapeutic goals, while acting as an advocate for their mental health needs throughout the therapeutic process.

• Regularly assess and document clients' mental health statuses, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational protocols.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including training in the latest teletherapy techniques and mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adults, particularly those with stable and low-acuity mental health concerns. By offering empathetic listening and strategic therapeutic interventions, you will assist clients in managing their mental health challenges effectively. Your efforts will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to enhance their coping strategies, achieve personal goals, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent, valid mental health license, such as:

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication platforms and telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
