Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with adult clients, addressing a diverse array of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools to evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and provide feedback for improved outcomes.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress using our therapist-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to discuss case management strategies, treatment methodologies, and ensure high-quality patient care.

• Participate in regular training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in therapeutic interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients, many of whom face urgent mental health challenges. This includes individuals navigating transitional phases in their lives, managing ongoing mental health disorders, or in need of immediate crisis intervention. By leveraging evidence-based therapies tailored to their unique situations, you will play a crucial role in their mental wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health field, such as Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC).

• An active, unrestricted license to practice independently in at least one state; additional state licenses are considered a valuable asset.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience, including one year in independent practice, preferably in a telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
