Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and areas needing support.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans according to assessment findings and individual client objectives.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress in therapy, making adjustments to treatment plans to address evolving needs effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate their access to necessary mental health resources within the community.

• Uphold the highest standards of ethical practice by ensuring confidentiality and adherence to state licensing requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will primarily involve individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and family-related challenges. Qualifications\n

• An accredited Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders or related fields.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, with a strong understanding of psychopharmacology to enhance collaborative care.

• A proven track record of achieving successful outcomes in client treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience, and includes performance bonuses.
