Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be integral to the therapeutic process, trusted with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct Clinical Assessments: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs, administer appropriate diagnostic evaluations, and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver Psychotherapy: Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver tailored interventions that meet individual client needs.

• Maintain Clinical Documentation: Ensure meticulous record-keeping procedures that comply with HIPAA regulations, preserving confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

• Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Engage with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to discuss cases, share insights, and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Washington state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
