Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, utilizing standardized tools and personal interactions to guide your understanding.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Engage clients in individual therapy sessions, utilizing teletherapy methods to provide flexible options for those with accessibility challenges or preferences for virtual treatment.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly assess progress through check-ins and modifications to treatment as necessary.
\n
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress updates in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development programs, including training workshops in our specific evidence-based care pathways.

• Engage in peer consultations and regular supervisions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adolescents and young adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. Our goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where clients feel valued and understood, allowing them to share their experiences and work towards healthier outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and platforms, including EHR systems and remote communication tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present oneself in a professional manner at all times.

• Warmth and empathy in engagement with patients, fostering rapport and trust.

• Ability to work comfortably from home, ensuring patient confidentiality and providing a distraction-free environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly adolescents and young adults.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, such as DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other similar methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and technology relevant to digital therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
