Key Responsibilities\n

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating closely with clients to ensure their ongoing needs are met.

• Provide ongoing support through one-on-one teletherapy sessions, assessing clients’ situations and providing guidance as they navigate challenges.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and maintain all necessary records within our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and optimal client care.

• Engage in case reviews and interdisciplinary meetings to share insights and strategies with colleagues, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Effectively manage a steady caseload, ensuring timely responses to clients and maintaining a high standard of client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
