Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in family, couples, and group therapy sessions to support mental health improvement across different dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. You will address a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders, tailoring your approach to each client's specific background and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, accompanied by an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, with proven competencies in managing complex cases.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
