Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with departmental policies.

• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to report progress and any changes in patient conditions, ensuring coordinated care.

• Deliver targeted counseling and crisis intervention strategies to address emotional and behavioral issues, adapting techniques to best suit individual client needs.

• Assist clients in discharge planning and care coordination, collaborating with community providers to facilitate access to supplementary services and resources.

• Provide guidance to clients' families or support systems regarding treatment options and post-treatment follow-up to enhance support beyond the therapy session.

You will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
