Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create informed treatment plans.
• Design and implement customized, evidence-based treatment strategies that align with the goals and preferences of each client.
• Deliver individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions to facilitate client growth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering strictly to all legal and ethical standards for mental health practice.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, complemented by a generous set of benefits, including comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, and vision) with employer contributions.
